A UK charity providing support and advice to parents whatever the medical condition of their child. The site contains a large directory of specific conditions and rare disorders.

The British Council of Disabled People (BCODP)
The BCODP was set up by disabled people to promote their full equality and participation within society. They are an umbrella organisation that represents some 136 disabled people's groups (April 1999) at the national level. These groups, controlled by disabled people, are mostly local coalitions working on local issues.

RADAR
This is a national organisation run by, and working with, disabled people. It campaigns for equal rights for disabled people, promoting good practice and legislation enabling people to live independently in the community.
