Refugee Council: support & entitlement: dental care
Asylum seekers and refugees are entitled to free health care under the NHS. In order to qualify for charges for services listed above, they need to complete a HC1 certificate and obtain an HC2 (full exemption) or HC3 (partial exemption) certificate to be exempt from charges.
