Detention
This section offers advice on legal rights for refugees and mental health service users - including information on the Mental Health Act, how to complain and how to find an advocate. It also gives advice on accessing mental health services and finding your way around the mental health system. Critical articles on the treatment of ethnic minority clients and the effects of detention on refugees with mental health problems are also included, as are a wide range of articles on the mental health needs of refugees.
